An aggressive rabbit can be a big problem. There are two main reasons your rabbit can be acting aggressive towards you:
*Food Aggression
*Self Defense
Food Aggression
Rabbits are aggressive for their food very often. The reason is that in the wild, rabbits must compete for their food. If your rabbit bites you when your feeding it, you have a food aggressive rabbit.
They bite at you because they think you are trying to steal their food. Their actions are to protect their food. They are operating on an idea of scarcity.

This can happen if you place the food in the same spot every time you feed your rabbit. A solution to this is to mix up the location of the food. Place it in different spots. This will discourage your rabbit from viewing the food bowl as its territory.
